Kuidas teha banaanitossu / How to make banana smoke

Ja soovitatav on teha just päevalilleõliga.

Why not do it like I just did: I took a frying pan, put the heat on, sprinkled some sunflower oil on the pan. Took a little bit of ginger and grated it on the pan, than threw some almonds on top of it, and some sunflower seeds too. Took two bananas and broke them in peaces. That was the exact time to start to mix this whole thing, ginger was already stuck on the bottom of the pan. Pushed-scraped the whole thing back and forward with a wooden pan-shovel, thing fizzeld and fumed. Turned the heat off, when the kitcken was just enough banana-smoky and bananas were soft outside. Put it all in a little bowl and added some cold cream. Now I´m happy.
Mats, who once made me this dessert, said that this thing is best with ice cream. And it is recommended to do it with sunflower oil, yes.
